President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael P. Doss
Michael P. Doss is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to January 1, 2016, Mr. Doss held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer from May 20, 2015 through December 31, 2015, and Chief Operating Officer from January 1, 2014 until May 19, 2015. Prior to these positions, he served as the Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to this Mr. Doss held the position of Senior Vice President, Consumer Packaging Division. Prior to March 2008, he served as Senior Vice President, Consumer Products Packaging of Graphic Packaging Corporation since September 2006. From July 2000 until September 2006, he was the Vice President of Operations, Universal Packaging Division. Mr. Doss was Director of Web Systems for the Universal Packaging Division prior to his promotion to Vice President of Operations. Since joining Graphic Packaging International Corporation in 1990, Mr. Doss has held positions of increasing management responsibility, including plant manager at the Gordonsville, TN and Wausau, WI plants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial marketing and a Master of Business Administration in finance, both from Western Michigan University. He is also a graduate of Harvard University’s General Manager Program. Mr. Doss serves on the Boards of Directors for the American Forest & Paper Association, the Sustainable Forest Initiative, the Paper Recycling Coalition, and the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He also serves on The Carter Center Board of Councilors, the Woodruff Arts Center Board of Trustees and is active in the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
Executive Vice President and President, Americas
Maggie Bidlingmaier
Maggie Bidlingmaier joined Graphic Packaging Holding Company as the Executive Vice President and President, Americas business unit, on January 28, 2022. Maggie was most recently President, Performance Solutions, for Invista, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., where she led numerous multimillion-dollar global businesses within the flooring, apparel and airbag fiber segments. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Surfaces, at Invista, following a successful career with Avery Dennison in global sales and marketing roles of increasing responsibility.
Senior Vice President, INVESTOR Strategy and Development
Mark W. Connelly
Mark W. Connelly joined Graphic Packaging Holding Company as Senior Vice President, Investor Strategy and Development in January 2024. Prior to that, he was a strategy consultant working with a range of private and public manufacturing and clean-tech companies. Mr. Connelly was a top-ranked securities analyst for over 25 years, covering global industries including paper and packaging, advanced materials, and food & agricultural science at firms including JP Morgan Securities, Credit Suisse First Boston, and CLSA Americas. His “Holy Grail” reports, assessing developments in industry structure, industrial strategy, and capital allocation priorities in the paper and packaging industry were among the most read for two decades, influencing a generation of investors, bankers, and CEOs. Mr. Connelly holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and management and an MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development
Brian Davison
Brian Davison is the Senior Vice President, Strategy and Development, responsible for leading the Company’s strategic planning processes and merger and acquisition activities. Brian joined Graphic Packaging International, LLC in December of 2019. He has over 20 years of strategy and corporate development experience having previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development at Conagra Brands and as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development at Hillshire Brands. He also held a number of senior corporate strategy roles at Kraft Foods including Vice President of Strategic Planning, and he worked at the consulting firm that was then known as Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he left as a Principal. Brian holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois.
Senior Vice President and CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER
Ricardo De Genova
Ricardo De Genova is the Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to July 2024, he was the Senior Vice President, Global Innovation and New Business, a position he held since July 2020. Before joining Graphic Packaging, Ricardo was the vice president of global marketing and R&D innovation for the pulp and paper business at Solenis LLC, a leading global supplier of water treatment and process chemicals. Prior to Solenis, Ricardo served as the global lead of R&D and innovation for the industrial specialties business of Ashland Specialty Ingredients. Before joining Ashland, Ricardo spent 21 years with The Dow Chemical Company in a number of international assignments in business and technical leadership positions and five years with Cargill, Inc. where he led the development of new chemistries based on renewable resources. Ricardo is a native of Brazil where he received a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering. He also attended the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Ricardo is the author and co-author of numerous patents and industry publications and the recipient of the Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge award (sponsored by the EPA) and the Herman Stone Technical Excellence award (sponsored by the Polyurethane Foam Association).
Executive Vice President, PAPERBOARD MANUFACTURING Division
Michael Farrell
Michael Farrell is the Executive Vice President, Paperboard Manufacturing Division of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Supply Chain since January 2018. Prior to January 2018, Mr. Farrell had served as Vice President, Recycled Board Mills of Graphic Packaging International, LLC and its predecessor companies (“GPI”) from January 1, 2013; Senior Manufacturing Manager of GPI from October 28, 2009 until December 31, 2012. From December 11, 2008 until October 27, 2009, Mr. Farrell was the Manufacturing Manager of the West Monroe, Louisiana mill and from September 1, 2006 until December 10, 2008 was the General Manager of the Middletown, Ohio mill of GPI.
Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer
Michelle M. Fitzpatrick
Michelle M. Fitzpatrick, PhD, is Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, responsible for mitigating the Company’s risk from climate change impacts while executing our ESG strategy and communication platform. Prior to this role, Ms. Fitzpatrick served as the global sustainability leader at The Chemours Company and previously held roles within its Titanium Technologies business segment and corporate remediation function. Michelle holds a PhD in environmental engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, along with an MSE in environmental engineering and BSE in chemical engineering from Tulane University.
President, Pacific Rim
Kaeko Gondo
Kaeko Gondo is President, Pacific Rim of Graphic Packaging International (the “Company”). She joined the Company on April 1, 2018. Since 2013, she was President and CEO of Sonoko Company Ltd., managing four corporate entities and successfully restructuring and integrating the food and cosmetics business into Toridoll Holdings. Prior to that, she worked with LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group, serving as President and CEO of Emilio Pucci Company after roles as General Manager and COO. She also held senior management positions with Christofle Japan Ltd. and Bulgari Japan Ltd., following her eight years working with Tokyo Mitsubishi Securities Company Ltd. and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd. Ms. Gondo has a Bachelor of Science in Italian with a minor in economics from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. and, in addition to her native Japanese, speaks English and Italian.
Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Charles D. Lischer
Charles D. Lischer is the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, a position he has held since November 2019. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Teradata Corporation. Prior to joining Teradata, Mr. Lischer held various positions in finance and accounting at The Coca-Cola Company, including Vice President of Finance, North America Brands, and at Coca-Cola Enterprises, including Vice President of Finance, European Group and Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to working in the Coca-Cola system, Mr. Lischer held various roles with Deloitte, most recently serving as a national office partner.
Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
Richard L. McLeod
Richard L. McLeod is the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, for Graphic Packaging International. Mr. McLeod mostly recently served as Senior Vice President, Family Care and PG Ventures Product Supply, as well as Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing for The Procter & Gamble Company. Over a nearly 34-year career with Procter & Gamble, Mr. McLeod held various manufacturing and supply chain leadership positions primarily in the paper and hygiene products categories, including extended assignments in Asia and Latin America. He has also served as a member of the American Forest & Paper Association Board of Directors and Advisory Board member for the Global Supply Chain Institute. Mr. McLeod is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Engineering, where he received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Global Services
Vish M. Narendra
Vish M. Narendra is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Global Business Services, of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, a position he has held since May 1, 2015. Mr. Narendra joined Graphic Packaging Holding Company from General Electric Company, a focused, global infrastructure leader. Mr. Narendra was with the General Electric Company from September 2001 to April 2015 and served most recently as CIO for the Alstom integration for the GE Power & Water business. From September 2001 to August 2014, Mr. Narendra held a series of roles with increasing responsibility, including a stint as the Asia region CIO for the Energy and Aviation businesses within General Electric Company, CIO for demand management within the Power Generation business and other functional roles. Prior to General Electric Company, Mr. Narendra was with Idea Integration from 1999 to 2001, a provider of digital strategy and application development. Mr. Narendra also worked for System Software Associates from 1994 to 1999.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Stephen R. Scherger
Stephen R. Scherger is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. From October 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, Mr. Scherger was the Senior Vice President, Finance. From April 2012 through September 2014, Mr. Scherger served as Senior Vice President, Consumer Packaging Division. Mr. Scherger joined Graphic Packaging Holding Company in April of 2012 from MeadWestvaco Corporation, where he served as President, Beverage and Consumer Electronics. Mr. Scherger was with MeadWestvaco Corporation from 1986 to 2012 and held positions including Vice President, Corporate Strategy; Vice President and General Manager, Beverage Packaging; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Papers Group; Vice President, Asia Pacific and Latin America Beverage Packaging; Chief Financial Officer, Beverage Packaging, and other executive level positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Business in Accounting from Bowling Green University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Scherger serves on the Board of Directors for The Middleby Corporation, Junior Achievement of Georgia, United Way of Greater Atlanta as Past Chairman, and the Paperboard Packaging Council as Past Chairman.
Vice President, Investor Relations
Melanie Skijus
Melanie Skijus is Vice President, Investor Relations at Graphic Packaging International, a position she has held since August 2019. Melanie is focused on maintaining an open and robust dialogue with investors, prospective investors, and covering sell-side analysts on company and industry dynamics. Melanie has over 20 years of experience working as an equity analyst and in the investor relations field in a variety of businesses including manufacturing, insurance and financial and commodity exchanges and clearinghouses. She holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Ohio State University and is a CFA charter holder.
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Elizabeth Spence
Elizabeth Spence, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, joined Graphic Packaging in April 2022. Prior to this she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Gypsum Management and Supply, following her role as Vice President of Human Resources at Assurant. Ms. Spence is a seasoned human resources executive, having also spent time at The Coca-Cola Company and AT&T. Ms. Spence earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from Vanderbilt University as well as an MBA from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Lauren S. Tashma
Lauren S. Tashma is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, serving in this position since February 2014. Previously, Ms. Tashma served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc., where she led the legal, compliance and environmental, health and safety functions. Prior to that, Ms. Tashma had various roles with Fortune Brands, Inc., including Vice President and Associate General Counsel.

Joseph P. Yost
Joseph P. Yost is the Executive Vice President and President, International, of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Prior to January 5, 2017, Mr. Yost served as Senior Vice President, Global Beverage and Europe from September 1, 2015 to January 4, 2017, Senior Vice President, Europe from March 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015 and Senior Vice President, European Chief Integration Officer/Chief Financial Officer from February 2013 until February 2014. From 2009 until February 2013, Mr. Yost was the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. From 2006 to 2009, he served as Vice President, Operations Support – Consumer Packaging for Graphic Packaging International. Mr. Yost has also served in the following positions: Director, Finance and Centralized Services from 2003 to 2006 with Graphic Packaging International and from 2000 to 2003 with Graphic Packaging Corporation; Manager, Operations Planning and Analysis – Consumer Products Division from 1999 to 2000 with Graphic Packaging Corporation; and other management positions from 1997 to 1999 with Fort James Corporation.
