Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are too important to be left to chance. At Graphic Packaging, they are principles which guide our teambuilding, cultivate our leaders and shape a company that’s the right fit for our people, no matter where they work.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are an important key to our DEI strategy. Company-sponsored and employee-led, ERGs honor the unique cultural experiences within our global employee population. Each group sponsors events and initiatives to build awareness of unique perspectives, support community engagement and provide a safe space for dialogue and increased understanding.

Recognition

To recognize the most exceptional examples of this, each year we reward our “best of the best” employees across the globe with our Leadership and President’s Awards. Along with personal congratulations from our president and CEO, winners receive a monetary bonus and recognition throughout the company.
