Reduced and zero-plastic solutions for fresh produce
Part of the ProducePack™ portfolio, the ProducePack Punnet tray is a top-sealed paperboard solution for fresh produce applications such as berries, cherry tomatoes, grapes, and mushrooms. Compared with plastic alternatives, the recyclable punnet tray offers greater on-shelf differentiation with enhanced branding potential thanks to high-quality print. Designed with operational efficiency in mind, the packaging can be top sealed at speeds matching plastic trays, and works with existing machinery and tooling, meaning minimal investment is required to switch to paperboard.
A recent independent study confirmed that the punnet tray can significantly reduce mold occurrence versus plastic punnets, extending shelf life in both refrigerated and ambient conditions.

For two-pack formats of glass and PET jars and bottles, there is EnviroClip Duo. Customizable for primary container type, and weight, it performs through the supply chain and onto the retail shelf.
